Transformation

This blog post is taken from my Seminar Notes, and I’m pleased to announce that I’ve experienced 2 major transformations in my life.

The first transformation took place when I trusted in Jesus to be my Savior.

1 Corinthians 5:17 (KJV) says, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new”… and that’s exactly what happened to me.

I became a new person. However, it took a while to grow and mature… and I’m still growing and maturing.

The 2nd transformation took place when I started learning about personal development.

My life changed drastically when I started learning Success and Leadership Principles.

I was able to shed my “victim mentality” and begin living a victorious life.

I started taking responsibility for my actions and attitudes – and I no longer blamed my lack of success on my upbringing, my limitations, my job, my family, or my circumstances.

If you’d like your life to be transformed, then the first step is to trust in Jesus for your salvation and spend time reading His Word with a heart to obey what it says. The second step is to take responsibility for where you’re at in life and work on developing your abilities as you strive to live up to your full potential.
