Program Your Mind

Keep a positive book next to your bed and read something good each night before you go to sleep.

Play good audio in your bathroom and listen to positive voices while you get ready in the morning.

Play energetic music that makes you feel good, and puts you in the mood to have an enthusiastic and effective day.

Choose your friends and associates carefully so that you’ll be charging forward with positive people instead of sprinting backwards with negative people.

Associate with the kind of people who you look up to and would be proud to introduce to your family and friends.

Choosing a positive, goal-oriented reference group can do more to supercharge your growth than any other factor.
