Leader of Leaders… – Day #1282

One of the most difficult transitions for any leader is going
from being a “leader of followers” to being a “leader of leaders.”

Your level of preparation quite often determines
whether you end up with rewards or regrets.

It’s possible to strike a straight blow with a crooked stick.

One who motivates can get you to take action,
but the action ceases once the motivator is no longer present.

One who inspires can get you to motivate yourself,
and that motivation can last long after
the one who inspired you is no longer present.

Always describe your product or service in terms of what it does,
and not in terms of what it is.
