Efficient or Effective? – Day #1299

Efficiency is doing things right,
while effectiveness is doing the right things.

Are you more concerned with being efficient or being effective?

It’s easier to obtain a desired outcome
once you’ve defined what your desired outcome looks like.

The people in Jesus’s hometown were astonished at His wisdom,
and yet they took offense when He tried to instruct them.

I wonder if they felt like He betrayed their community
by openly discussing their faults?

When I’m well-rested, everyone around me seems nicer.

If you have poor fact-finding skills and weak listening habits,
then you’ll have a difficult time
bringing a sale to a successful close
and you won’t have happy, satisfied customers on a regular basis.
