sincerity is more important than content.

Define reality, and deal with the world as it is;
not as you wish it was.

One of the keys to building a successful team
is to have and share clearly defined “Upfront Expectations.”

When trying to understand a situation,
I like to ask,
"What don't I know that I need to know?"

In order to be a successful sales person,
you must use persuasion.
